IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Nervous System Reset Program is an educational and coaching program.
It is not medical care, psychological therapy, or healthcare treatment.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own responsibility.
By enrolling, you agree to all terms below.
1. No Medical or Psychological Treatment
This program:
• does not diagnose conditions
• does not treat medical illness
• does not replace healthcare
• does not provide psychotherapy
• does not provide mental health treatment
Participants must seek licensed professionals for medical or psychological conditions.
The program provider makes no medical or therapeutic claims.
2. Assumption of Responsibility
Participants agree:
• they voluntarily participate
• they are responsible for implementation
• they seek medical care when needed
• they understand results vary
Participants assume responsibility for all decisions and outcomes.
3. Scope of Coaching Services
Coaching services include:
• nervous system education
• stress regulation practices
• behavioural and lifestyle coaching
• emotional awareness practices
Services do not include:
• therapy
• trauma treatment
• psychiatric treatment
• medical treatment
4. Health & Psychological Safety
Participants agree they:
• are mentally and physically stable enough to participate
• will seek professional care if needed
• will discontinue exercises causing distress
The program is not suitable for individuals in acute mental health crisis.
5. No Guarantees of Results
No outcomes are guaranteed.
Results depend on many factors outside program control.
No promises of healing, cure, or symptom resolution are made.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
Due to digital delivery:
• payments are non-refundable once access is granted
• missed coaching sessions may be forfeited
• program access cannot be refunded after participation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The program provider shall not be liable for:
• medical or psychological outcomes
• participant decisions or actions
• emotional responses during participation
• personal or financial losses
• indirect or consequential damages
Participation occurs at participant’s own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials remain program property.
Participants may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
9. Confidentiality
Participant information is treated confidentially unless:
• required by law
• risk of harm exists
• safeguarding obligations apply
10. Data & Privacy
Participant information is used only for program delivery and communication.
Information is not sold.
11. Program Modification
Program content and structure may change without notice.
12. Dependency Disclaimer
Participants acknowledge:
• the program does not create therapeutic dependency
• coaching support is time-limited
• participants are responsible for independence after program completion
13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, participants confirm:
• they understand program scope
• participation is voluntary
• they assume responsibility
• they agree to all policies
