By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the PCOS Reset Program™ (“Program”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Policies.

1) Program Overview

The PCOS Reset Program™ is a science-backed, root-cause, lifestyle-first educational program combined with a 1:1 consultation delivered by Dr. Naji (“Provider”).

The Program includes:

  • Self-paced course content (video/written lessons and resources)

  • Digital downloads and educational materials

  • A 1:1 consultation (included in the Program purchase)

  • Program-related guidance intended to support lifestyle-based hormonal health

The Program does not guarantee outcomes and results vary between individuals.

2) Medical Disclaimer 

The Program is intended for educational purposes only and does not replace a full medical assessment, diagnosis, or emergency medical care.

By purchasing or participating, you understand and agree that:

  • The Program is not a substitute for care provided by your GP, endocrinologist, gynecologist, or other licensed clinician.

  • The Provider does not offer emergency services through this Program.

  • You remain fully responsible for your health decisions, including whether to begin, stop, or change any medication, supplement, diet, exercise, or lifestyle practice.

If you are experiencing urgent symptoms (including severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, fainting, chest pain, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency), seek urgent medical care immediately via your local emergency services.

3) No Birth Control / No Guarantee of Remission

The Program is designed to support women who want to improve PCOS naturally and without using birth control as the primary management strategy.

However:

  • You are not prohibited from using medication.

  • The Provider will not advise any change to prescription medication without appropriate context and safety.

  • Remission and symptom improvement depend on many factors including sleep, stress, metabolism, lifestyle adherence, coexisting conditions, and baseline physiology.

No results are guaranteed.

4) Eligibility & Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian.

  • You understand this Program requires personal responsibility and consistent application.

  • You agree to provide accurate information before and during your 1:1 consultation.

You are responsible for:

  • Following your medical team’s advice where relevant

  • Seeking medical attention for worsening symptoms

  • Listening to your body and not pushing into harm

5) Scope of the 1:1 Consultation

Your Program includes one (1) 1:1 consultation with Dr. Naji, which may include:

  • Reviewing your PCOS history and symptom pattern

  • Reviewing available blood tests and relevant investigations you provide

  • Helping interpret your presentation through a root-cause lens

  • Personalized strategy suggestions aligned with the Program modules

  • Helping structure a realistic plan for implementation

The consultation does NOT include:

  • Emergency care, urgent triage, or crisis management

  • Ongoing daily messaging support unless explicitly stated

  • Unlimited follow-ups

  • Writing prescriptions (unless explicitly permitted within the Provider’s professional framework and jurisdiction)

  • Managing acute or complex conditions requiring hospital-level care

  • A guaranteed diagnosis of PCOS if criteria are not met

If you require ongoing medical care beyond this Program, the Provider may recommend follow-up with your primary healthcare team or other specialists.

6) Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Booking

You will receive instructions to schedule your consultation after purchase.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation provided that:

  • You give at least 24 hours’ notice, and

  • There is availability for a new appointment time.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your consultation without notice (“no-show”), the consultation may be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

If the Provider must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available appointment.

7) Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to course materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge that:

  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase

  • The consultation time is reserved and allocated as part of the Program value

  • Results depend on personal adherence and cannot be guaranteed

8) Program Access & License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Program materials.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any Program content

  • Record, screenshot, or resell course materials

  • Provide the materials to others (including friends, family, or clients)

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

9) Intellectual Property

All Program materials are owned by the Provider and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes:

  • Videos, text lessons, PDFs, worksheets

  • Frameworks, methods, protocols, and branding

  • Any written scripts, slides, or education tools included

You may use the Program for personal learning only.

10) Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

You understand that lifestyle change may involve risks, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in energy levels, digestion, or mood

  • Changes to menstrual bleeding patterns

  • Symptoms related to dietary changes or increased activity

  • Potential supplement sensitivities

You agree to consult your healthcare provider before implementing major changes, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have diabetes, eating disorder history, cardiovascular disease, depression/anxiety, or other complex conditions

  • Are taking medications that could be affected by diet, fasting, supplements, or weight loss

You participate at your own risk.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of Program content

  • Decisions made based on Program education

  • Failure to seek medical care when appropriate

  • Any third-party services, labs, supplements, or products

The Provider’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

12) Results Disclaimer

Outcomes vary significantly. No specific results are promised.

Any references to symptom improvement, cycle regulation, energy improvement, fertility outcomes, weight loss, or hormonal changes are not guaranteed, and depend on individual context.

13) Community / Messaging (If Applicable)

If the Program includes any community access or messaging support (e.g., Kajabi community), you agree to:

  • Be respectful and non-abusive

  • Avoid sharing medical misinformation

  • Avoid advertising or soliciting other members

  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content

The Provider reserves the right to remove access to community areas if guidelines are violated.

14) Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is respected.

We may collect limited personal information to deliver the Program, such as:

  • Name and email

  • Payment details (processed by secure third-party providers)

  • Program engagement data (e.g., lesson completion)

  • Health information you voluntarily provide for the consultation

Your data will not be sold.

We may share necessary data with trusted services used to deliver the Program (e.g., Kajabi, payment processors, scheduling platforms) strictly for operational purposes.

15) Third-Party Links & Services

The Program may include recommendations or links to third-party services such as:

  • Lab testing providers

  • Supplement companies

  • Educational resources

The Provider does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, pricing, or outcomes.

16) Termination of Access

The Provider may terminate or suspend your access without refund if:

  • You share or resell Program materials

  • You violate these Terms

  • You behave abusively toward the Provider or other participants

  • You attempt to defraud the Program or platform

17) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales / United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Greater London.
